As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting monthly financial close activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and improving accounting processes across the organization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting workpapers
- Analyze financial variances and reporting fluctuations
- Improve accounting workflows and automation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams
- Support audit preparation and tax compliance activities
- Maintain documentation for accounting controls and procedures
- Assist with accounting projects and operational initiatives

✅ Requirements & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- XLOOKUP
- PivotTables
- Dynamic Arrays
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation
- Public accounting or Big 4 experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as:
