About the Role

CRAE GROUP LTD is seeking a Remote UX Content Strategist & UX Writer to create clear, engaging, and user-focused content across multiple digital brands. This role combines UX writing, content strategy, brand communication, and localization to ensure every customer interaction feels natural, consistent, and aligned with each brand’s identity.

Working alongside product managers, designers, developers, CRM specialists, marketers, and localization teams, you’ll shape content throughout the customer journey—from landing pages and registration flows to in-app messaging, rewards, notifications, and promotional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines for multiple digital products.
• Write and refine website copy, interface text, and user experience content.
• Create engaging content for customer journeys, including onboarding, account management, promotions, notifications, and rewards.
• Ensure consistency across all customer-facing communications.
• Adapt messaging for different markets, audiences, products, and regional requirements.
• Coordinate multilingual content and collaborate with translation partners to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Review localized content for consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Maintain terminology guides, content standards, and language resources.
• Work closely with Product, UX Design, CRM, Marketing, Development, and Localization teams.
• Continuously improve content quality by identifying opportunities to simplify messaging and enhance usability.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in UX writing, content strategy, copywriting, content management, or brand communications.
• Excellent written English with exceptional grammar and editing skills.
• Experience creating website, product, or customer experience content.
• Strong understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency.
• Experience working with multilingual content or localization processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
