About the Role
Cranky Concierge is hiring a Remote Travel Coordinator to support client communication, trip setup, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This work from home position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and keeping important details moving smoothly.
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound emails and phone calls professionally and on time.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Set up new trip requests for the travel planning team.
- Explain available services and pricing to clients.
- Support administrative tasks such as refunds, compensation claims, and travel documentation.
- Assist with travel-related tasks such as insurance quotes, seat assignments, and ticketing when needed.
- Keep client information organized and routed to the right team members.
- Maintain calm, clear communication during busy or stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests.
- Comfortable handling phone and email communication.
- Calm, professional approach when assisting stressed customers.
- Reliable computer, smartphone, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a background check due to sensitive client information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel coordination, customer support, administration, hospitality, or virtual assistant work.
- Familiarity with travel planning, airline processes, refunds, or ticketing tasks.
- Experience working remotely in a structured schedule.
