About the Role
creatorXchange is hiring a Funnel and Web Systems Builder to create and improve high-converting websites, landing pages, workshop funnels, and customer journey flows. This remote-friendly position is ideal for someone who can build pages independently while also understanding how design, messaging, and structure affect conversions.
This role combines no-code or low-code web building with conversion rate optimization. You will not only publish pages, but also review performance, test improvements, and refine the user journey to support stronger registration, attendance, lead generation, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch landing pages, websites, and funnels using Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
- Create workshop funnels that support registrations, attendance, and customer conversion.
- Improve website and landing page structures to support clearer user journeys.
- Test and optimize conversion elements across pages and funnel stages.
- Use data and performance feedback to improve page flow, layout, and results.
- Work with marketing and design teams to align creative direction with conversion goals.
- Build repeatable funnel systems that can support future campaigns.
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend practical improvements.
- Ship work quickly while continuing to improve based on measurable performance.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-senior experience building websites, landing pages, or funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code or low-code website builders.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles.
- Ability to build and publish pages independently without relying on developers for implementation.
- Experience improving conversion rates through testing, iteration, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of user flow, page structure, calls-to-action, and funnel performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality both matter.
- Portfolio or examples of websites, landing pages, or funnels previously built.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building workshop funnels, webinar funnels, or educational product funnels.
- Familiarity with creator economy businesses or audience-driven revenue models.
- Experience collaborating with designers and marketers on conversion-focused web projects.
