About the Role

A.Team is looking for an experienced People Partner to help create a positive employee experience while supporting managers and leadership across a growing international workforce. This remote position combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day people operations, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy improving workplace culture while building efficient HR processes.

You’ll work closely with leaders across the United States and international teams, helping guide employee performance, onboarding, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes maintaining HR systems, improving people programs, and ensuring employees receive consistent support throughout their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers on employee performance, team development, and workplace engagement.
  • Support employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including onboarding, internal role changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data across people management systems.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, employee feedback programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Improve onboarding programs and employee experience across global teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and compensation processes.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, workplace concerns, and HR guidance.
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies, workflows, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 60 to 96 months of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting managers with employee performance, coaching, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with HR platforms or people management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and exposure to international HR processes.
  • Experience with workforce planning, compensation analysis, or people analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern HR software and applicant tracking systems.
