About the Role

Runway is looking for a Consumer Support Specialist to help deliver exceptional experiences for its growing community of creators and AI users.

This is more than a traditional customer support role. You’ll help users solve problems, navigate AI tools, identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and provide valuable feedback that influences future product development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries across support channels
  • Managing high volumes of support tickets efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting users with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
  • Investigating account, product, and technical issues
  • Escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary
  • Monitoring community discussions and creator feedback
  • Supporting users through chat, email, and community platforms
  • Identifying common customer challenges and recommending improvements
  • Helping create FAQs, tutorials, support articles, and self-service resources
  • Collaborating with product teams to improve the customer experience
  • Contributing ideas for workflow improvements and automation initiatives
