About the Company
Redolent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment serving critical public-sector operations.
This role focuses on Salesforce architecture, platform governance, security, integrations, enterprise data strategy, and modernization initiatives. The selected professional will work closely with development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure long-term platform stability and scalability.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Salesforce administrator or developer position.
The organization is looking for someone who can act as a strategic technical leader, helping teams make better architecture decisions, reduce technical debt, improve security, and ensure Salesforce solutions remain scalable as the platform evolves.
You will review complex implementations, advise on best practices, support modernization efforts, and guide enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy.
This role is ideal for experienced Salesforce architects who enjoy solving large-scale business and technical challenges while influencing long-term platform direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, your responsibilities may include:
- Defining Salesforce architecture standards and governance practices
- Reviewing technical designs and implementation approaches
- Advising teams on Salesforce platform best practices
- Supporting Salesforce GovCloud and Public Sector Solutions initiatives
- Evaluating integrations and enterprise data flows
- Helping development teams build scalable and maintainable solutions
- Providing guidance on security, compliance, and access controls
- Supporting enterprise modernization and migration projects
- Collaborating with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product teams
- Identifying technical risks before they impact production systems
- Mentoring development teams and sharing architectural expertise
- Supporting long-term Salesforce platform optimization initiatives
