About the Role

eBay is seeking a Manager, Dealer Support to lead teams responsible for supporting automotive dealers and financing operations.

This role combines people leadership, operational management, customer experience, and process improvement. You’ll oversee dealer support specialists, help resolve complex transaction issues, and work closely with dealerships, lenders, account executives, and internal teams to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Leading and developing Dealer Support and Finance Support teams
  • Coaching employees and supporting professional development

  • Helping resolve escalated dealer and financing issues
  • Monitoring vehicle transaction and funding pipelines
  • Working with lenders, buyers, and dealerships to remove delays
  • Reviewing operational performance and service metrics
  • Improving workflows, documentation, and support processes
  • Ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards are maintained
  • Partnering with sales, operations, and product teams to improve dealer experiences

  • Experience handling escalations and complex customer situations
