About the Role

Empower is hiring a Client Service Specialist to support financial advisors and help strengthen relationships with existing clients.

This role combines customer service, financial services support, appointment coordination, and client relationship management. You’ll communicate directly with clients, help schedule advisor meetings, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Contacting clients to schedule portfolio reviews and financial planning appointments
  • Supporting advisors with client communication and follow-up activities

  • Helping clients navigate financial planning tools and online platforms
  • Troubleshooting basic account and dashboard issues
  • Documenting client interactions within CRM systems
  • Coordinating with advisors and internal support teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and follow-up activities
  • Delivering professional and responsive customer service
  • Supporting client retention and engagement initiatives
