About the Role

Wealth.com is looking for a Support Team Associate who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll support users of the company’s estate planning platform through phone, email, and live chat. You’ll help customers navigate the platform, resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure they receive the support needed to achieve their goals.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with customer service, customer support, client success, implementation, or SaaS support experience who enjoy working directly with people while learning new technology.


What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
  • Helping users navigate and understand the estate planning platform
  • Troubleshooting account and product-related issues
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Tracking and managing support tickets
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and case documentation
  • Assisting with knowledge base and FAQ content updates
  • Collaborating with customer success and product teams
  • Identifying recurring customer questions and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting AI-powered customer service initiatives and chatbot improvements
  • Delivering professional, friendly, and timely customer support
