Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Dar Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate Marketing team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for UAE National candidates with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Associate will play a key role in the development and execution of Al Dar’s marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
- Tracking marketing initiatives and reporting on progress
- Liaising with agencies, including media buying and creative agencies
- Auditing online and offline content and ensuring it is up-to-date
- Managing marketing stock and assets
- Monitoring the marketing budget
- Managing requisitions, permits, badges, and forms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
