Role Overview
As a Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will provide an exceptional in-store experience for Telstra customers. Your role is pivotal in helping customers navigate technology solutions, empowering them to make informed decisions that transform their telecommunications experience. This position combines customer engagement, sales expertise, and tech knowledge to deliver memorable interactions.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Guide customers to find the right products and services for their needs.
- Ensure every visit to the store is a positive and memorable experience.
Act as a Trusted Tech Expert
- Stay informed on the latest devices, services, and technological innovations.
- Provide accurate guidance and tailored solutions to customers.
Drive Sales and Performance
- Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals in a supportive environment.
Collaborate and Support
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture.

Salary & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour (junior rates apply for under 20s).
- Penalty Rates: Weekday evenings +25%, Saturday +25%, Sunday +100%, Public Holidays +150%.
