Role Overview

Markem Imaje is seeking a Global HR Analyst for a 12-month temporary assignment to support data-driven HR operations and system excellence. The role focuses on HR systems, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration at a global level.

The selected professional will report to the Senior HR Controller based in Barcelona and will work closely with the global HR team and the Dover corporate HRIS teams in the United States and India.

Core Responsibilities and Focus Areas

HR Systems and Digital HR Operations

The Global HR Analyst manages the SuccessFactors Employee Central system and ensures smooth daily operations across regions. The role supports HR teams worldwide in handling tasks and maintaining high data quality standards.

Global HR Support and Collaboration

Close collaboration with HR stakeholders, corporate HRIS teams, and IT is central to this role. The analyst gathers business requirements, supports implementation needs, and helps resolve system-related challenges efficiently.

Data Accuracy, Compliance, and Audits

The role involves regular data validation, weekly SOX-aligned audits, and monthly system checks. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies remains a key responsibility.

Technical Support and HRIS Transition

The Global HR Analyst provides technical support to end users, resolves system issues promptly, and contributes to the transition toward a new HRIS platform. Participation in cross-functional HR projects may also be included, depending on experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong interest in HR systems, data integrity, and global collaboration is essential for success in this role.

Education and Experience Requirements

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in HR Information System management. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors is required; familiarity with Power BI is considered an advantage. Experience working with ticketing systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is expected, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Previous exposure to system integration projects is a plus.
