Day-to-Day Activities

The Service Leader ensures that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience by maintaining clean, organized food lines and ensuring that all equipment is properly functioning. They actively monitor food safety practices, address customer concerns, and provide assistance to crew members as needed. Beyond daily operations, the Service Leader supports staff development, helps with performance reviews, and trains future leaders. Office duties, including cash handling, administrative paperwork, and supply management, are also part of the role.
