Day-to-Day Impact

The Technical Designer will serve as the primary expert for quality, compliance, and technical issues related to handbags and soft accessories. They will engage with local vendors, offshore QA/QC teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest safety and construction standards are maintained. The role involves investigating customer complaints, conducting store audits, supporting product development, and coordinating compliance training. The delivery of high-quality products, streamlined processes, and strong cross-functional collaboration measures success.
