Position Overview
The Nutricia Clinical Territory Manager will lead territory management in Scotland for the Adult Oral Nutrition Supplements portfolio. The role involves engaging with NHS stakeholders, executing territory account plans, and delivering strong advocacy for Nutricia’s nutritional solutions. This is a field-based role requiring 3–4 days per week of in-person customer engagement.
Key Focus Areas
- Inclusive Digital Ecosystems
Apply NHS guidelines, market insights, and clinical data to reinforce Nutricia’s product portfolio and optimize adoption. - Country Office Support & Capacity Building
Work closely with internal teams to align territory strategies with organizational priorities and contribute to growth. - Digital Strategy Implementation
Promote the Nutricia product range through clinical education, peer-to-peer discussions, and digital resources. - Business Operations
Develop and execute account plans, monitor KPIs, and deliver against set growth objectives. - Partnerships & Strategic Communications
Build and maintain strong partnerships with NHS stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and commercial advocates by actively participating in symposiums and educational events. - Digital Product Design & Management
Use evidence-based clinical arguments to drive advocacy and overcome barriers in product usage. - Organizational Change Management
Support Danone’s Impact Journey 2026 by contributing to innovation and driving positive cultural and operational change.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be resilient, ambitious, and passionate about healthcare and nutrition. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to build partnerships and drive advocacy through clinical education.
Education Requirements
- Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or another healthcare-related discipline preferred.
- Registration as a Dietitian or equivalent healthcare professional background is highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare sales or clinical practice.
- Strong business planning and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to engage NHS stakeholders and influence product adoption.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Scotland.
