Position Overview
Fortive is seeking a Performance & Learning Solutions Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing leadership excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Development and Learning, this highly visible position is responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning and development solutions that address evolving workforce needs. The role requires a balance of hands-on execution and strategic leadership to shape Fortive’s future of leadership development in alignment with the broader talent strategy.
Key Focus Areas
- Inclusive Digital Ecosystems
- Leverage advanced learning technologies, including AI, to enhance learner experiences and sustain behavior change.
- Promote a culture of accessible, continuous learning across global teams.
- Country Office Support & Capacity Building
- Provide guidance and consulting support to business leaders, ensuring programs meet organizational capability needs.
- Facilitate global workshops, summits, and training sessions.
- Digital Strategy Implementation
- Design and optimize enterprise-wide learning frameworks.
- Drive strategic alignment across learning initiatives to support business priorities.
- Business Operations
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance evaluations for learning solutions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Partnerships & Strategic Communications
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and vendors.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement in learning initiatives.
- Digital Product Design & Management
- Lead the lifecycle of development experiences, from needs assessment to design, implementation, and impact evaluation.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Organizational Change Management
- Act as a change leader, guiding organizations through transformation programs.
- Integrate performance and learning strategies across the talent lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Certifications in Human Performance Improvement, Executive Coaching, or Change Management.
- Experience with organizational transformation, employee experience, and talent management.
