Your Mission: Drive Enterprise Sales for Squish
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Qt’s Software Quality Solutions, introducing Squish—our premier test automation tool—to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Hunt & Close Deals: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into high-value customers.
🔹 Engage Decision Makers: Build relationships with C-level execs, QA leads, and engineering directors.
🔹 Strategic Selling: Craft value-driven proposals that solve real business challenges.
🔹 Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside sales engineers and marketing to maximize conversions.
🔹 Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech.
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
✔ 3-5 years in SaaS/Enterprise Sales (Bonus: QA/Testing tools experience)
✔ Fluent in English & German (C1-C2)
✔ Proven Track Record: Consistently exceeded quotas in complex sales cycles.
✔ Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient.
