Your Role: Employee Benefits Call Center Specialist
As a Benefits Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the go-to expert for employees seeking guidance on their benefits. Your key responsibilities include:
📞 Handling Inbound Calls & Emails – Assisting employees with benefits education, enrollment, and plan changes.
💡 Providing Expert Guidance – Explaining health, dental, vision, retirement, and ancillary benefits.
🔍 Problem-Solving – Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
📊 Maintaining Records – Using Oracle-based systems to track employee interactions.
