Internship Overview

Volvo Group is inviting applications for a Software Engineer Internship within the .NET area. This program, part of the Drive IT with Volvo WORK&STUDY initiative, is designed for students eager to start their IT careers and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Interns will join the Product Center team, contributing to applications that streamline the product registration process and provide Volvo Penta dealers with easy access to product information, parts, and documentation. The role involves working with .NET and React technologies, and candidates with basic programming knowledge are welcome, as complete training will be provided.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn and gain practical experience in .NET and React development.
  • Assist in handling support cases from both internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with team members across a multicultural environment.
  • Participate in application support tasks, including troubleshooting, ticket resolution, log analysis, and documentation.
  • Perform simple development activities, such as bug fixes, minor feature enhancements, and writing unit tests.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals to accelerate personal and technical growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current student status with the ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as .NET and React.
