About the Role
Collectly is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with some of its most important healthcare customers.
This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise account management, executive relationship building, customer retention, and business growth. You’ll work directly with healthcare executives, finance leaders, revenue cycle teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure customers achieve measurable results from their partnership with Collectly.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced healthcare professionals who understand revenue cycle management and enjoy building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts
- Building relationships with executive stakeholders including CFOs and Revenue Cycle leaders
- Developing customer success plans and long-term account strategies
- Leading business reviews and presenting performance insights
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Supporting customer adoption and ongoing platform success
- Acting as a strategic advisor on revenue cycle and patient payment initiatives
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer goals are achieved
- Resolving escalated issues and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Gathering customer feedback and helping influence product improvements
- Representing the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Monitoring healthcare trends and revenue cycle innovations
