About the Role
1Password is seeking an experienced Senior Channel Partnerships Manager to help accelerate growth through strategic partner relationships across the cybersecurity and SaaS ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of key national and regional channel partnerships, helping drive revenue growth through collaborative go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement programs, and joint sales efforts. You will work closely with partner executives and internal teams to strengthen relationships, generate pipeline opportunities, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Growth & Revenue Development
- Build and execute strategic channel partnership plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Drive revenue generation through national and regional partner networks.
- Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partner organizations.
- Identify new opportunities to expand partner engagement and market presence.
- Manage pipeline development activities and support revenue forecasting efforts.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners.
- Collaborate with partner leadership to strengthen business alignment and mutual success.
- Influence partner sales teams and decision-makers to increase product adoption and engagement.
Channel Enablement & Go-To-Market Execution
- Deliver partner training, sales enablement programs, and product education initiatives.
- Support co-selling activities including account mapping, opportunity planning, and pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate marketing and demand-generation activities with partner organizations.
- Develop programs that help partners successfully position and sell solutions to customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Share partner feedback to improve programs, processes, and customer experiences.
- Ensure partners have access to the resources needed to drive success.
- Act as an internal advocate for partner needs and opportunities.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track partner performance and revenue contribution.
- Use data-driven insights to improve partnership strategies and business outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging channel opportunities.
- Continuously refine engagement models and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance management.
- Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud technology, or enterprise software industries.
- Proven success developing and growing strategic channel partnerships.
- Strong experience exceeding revenue and growth targets through partner ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills.
- Experience creating and executing partner go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40â50% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with national and regional technology partners.
- Experience mentoring junior channel or partnership professionals.
- Knowledge of modern sales technologies, CRM systems, and AI-powered sales tools.
- Experience supporting large enterprise customer environments.
