Enterprise Account Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain
Flexport is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Germany to lead complex, high-value sales opportunities with large customers. This role owns strategic enterprise deals from pipeline development through negotiation, close, onboarding, and expansion.
You will work with executive stakeholders across procurement, operations, finance, IT, and leadership teams while coordinating internally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, Account Management, and Sales Development.
Job Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will manage sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that may span regions, business units, and decision-making layers. The role requires strong commercial judgment, executive-level discovery, solution design, negotiation, and the ability to build long-term strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close complex, high-value enterprise opportunities while working toward individual sales quotas.
- Build a strategic sales pipeline through self-prospecting, account planning, and collaboration with Sales Development Representatives.
- Identify whitespace, expansion potential, and multi-entity opportunities within target accounts.
- Maintain forecasting accuracy, opportunity hygiene, and deal governance within Salesforce.
- Lead executive-level discovery conversations focused on supply chain strategy, risk, and long-term business goals.
- Navigate complex buying groups across procurement, operations, finance, IT, and senior leadership.
- Design integrated, multi-product Flexport solutions aligned with customer priorities and desired outcomes.
- Develop business cases, value narratives, and solution roadmaps that position Flexport as a strategic partner.
- Own end-to-end deal strategy, including stakeholder mapping, decision criteria, and closing plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, and non-standard deal structures.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product to move deals forward efficiently.
- Own enterprise customer onboarding and help establish the foundation for scalable long-term success.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and executive customer stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities together with Account Management.
- Act as an escalation point and strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Share market insights and customer feedback internally.
- Contribute to enterprise sales best practices, deal reviews, and peer coaching.
- Represent Flexport in high-stakes customer discussions with credibility and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- 60+ months of experience managing complex enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals involving long and complex sales processes.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Advanced discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and strategic judgment.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the supply chain industry.
- Additional language skills relevant to the region.
