Content Coordinator – Social Media & Short-Form Video (Remote)
Prismfly is seeking a self-motivated Content Coordinator to manage and develop its social media and content presence. This remote contractor role combines social copywriting, short-form video editing, simple visual design, content scheduling, performance tracking, and content development.
You will receive rough ideas, outlines, and existing material and turn them into polished posts, videos, and graphics ready for review and publication. As you become familiar with the audience and market, you will also be expected to contribute original content ideas.
Job Overview
The Content Coordinator will take ownership of content from concept through publication while collaborating with the Prismfly team for input when needed. The position requires strong English communication, familiarity with social media platforms, basic creative production skills, and the ability to use AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and well-structured social media copy in fluent English.
- Turn rough ideas, outlines, and source material into polished content ready for review and scheduling.
- Clip, edit, and publish short-form video using existing material and tools such as Klap or similar platforms.
- Create simple visual assets using Figma.
- Research, test, and manage social media scheduling tools such as AuthorUp.
- Use UTM parameters to track social media links and measure website traffic generated by content.
- Monitor performance across social platforms and use results to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
- Assist with intro and outro scripts and branding for recurring content series.
- Develop original content ideas based on research, performance insights, and relevant market activity.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule of approximately three to five LinkedIn posts per week.
- Produce approximately two to three TikTok or YouTube clips per week.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency using AI tools.
- Strong understanding of social media and how content performs differently across platforms.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Basic visual design skills.
- Self-directed working style with the ability to take ownership of assignments.
- Ability to think critically, act quickly, and avoid unnecessary overthinking.
- Openness to feedback while maintaining clear opinions about content decisions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
