Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling deviations, OOS, OOT, market complaints, lab incidents, and CAPA
✔ Leading shop floor investigations to identify root causes
✔ Forming CFT (Cross-Functional Teams) for investigations
✔ Reviewing investigation plans and ensuring timely completion
✔ Conducting risk and impact assessments
✔ Preparing trend analysis reports and presenting findings to management
✔ Ensuring compliance during audits and regulatory inspections
