VitalAire is looking for someone with a commercial or nursing background (or comparable studies) and a passion for helping others. Prior experience with medical technology, particularly diabetes and insulin pumps (like the t:slim x2), is a plus! Excellent communication skills, both in German and English, are essential, as is a comfort level providing technical support over the phone and email.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch technical support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding insulin pumps.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments, especially the t:slim x2.
- Advise and support customers according to manufacturer specifications.
- Report complaints to the manufacturer (in English).
- Ensure compliance with §31 MPG.
- Manage and monitor software updates for medical devices.
- Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation.
