What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager Asset Operations – Renewables, the Business Support Officer will ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations by managing administrative processes, maintaining critical documentation, and supporting communication across internal and external teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, invoicing, and managing purchase orders.
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organise operational records for accessibility and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Purchasing teams to ensure timely engagement of contractors and acquisition of materials.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and assist in resolving operational queries efficiently.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have a blend of administrative proficiency, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication across diverse teams.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset for resolving operational issues.
  • Accuracy and diligence in managing documentation, invoices, and budgets.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Maximo, Workday, or similar administrative management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The Business Support Officer will be the backbone of administrative efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders, driving renewable operations.
