Visa is seeking a People Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience through effective management of leave programs, workplace accommodations, and severance operations. This position bridges the gap between HR operations, business units, and employees, ensuring that every process is handled with compliance, empathy, and precision.

Core Responsibilities

The analyst will manage employee life-cycle processes, focusing on areas that require both strategic understanding and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and tracking employee leave of absence, severance, and accommodation cases in compliance with EU regulations and Visa’s global policies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on relevant HR programs, ensuring clarity and support at each stage.
  • Partnering with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate accurate case documentation and timely resolutions.
  • Analyzing trends and metrics across leave and severance programs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate severance payments and cost analysis.
  • Maintaining the strict confidentiality of employee data and sensitive records.
  • Keeping abreast of legislative updates to ensure Visa remains compliant with evolving labor laws.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and adept at managing multiple HR processes simultaneously. They bring a collaborative spirit, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering a seamless employee journey.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of HR or business administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of leave management, severance procedures, and workplace accommodations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, or PhD).
  • Proven experience in severance calculations and documentation management.
  • Familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow (or equivalent systems).
  • Knowledge of EU labor laws and compliance standards.

Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid position that combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Visa’s London office. Specific in-office days will be agreed upon with the hiring manager.
