The Opportunity
The Customer Service Team Member plays a vital role as the face of Bunnings. Positioned at the front line of customer interaction, this role ensures that every visitor receives friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic service.
Team members assist customers in turning their DIY ideas into reality by offering practical advice, locating the right products, and sharing helpful tips. Whether supporting customers on the shop floor or assisting at checkout, they help create a welcoming and positive in-store experience.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience
Team members provide attentive and approachable service across all areas of the store. They confidently engage with customers, answer queries, and offer guidance tailored to individual project needs.
Maintain Store Presentation and Stock
In addition to customer interaction, the role involves managing stock efficiently and ensuring workspaces remain clean, organised, and safe at all times.
Checkout and Register Support
Team members serve customers promptly and accurately at checkout registers, always maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
Contribute to a Positive Team Culture
The role requires collaboration within a supportive and inclusive team environment that values safety, integrity, and community impact.
