💰 Salary: Up to €35,000 per year (based on experience)

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll ensure seamless operations while driving customer satisfaction. Key duties include:
✔ Managing daily/monthly inventory of tableware, glassware, and decor.
✔ Overseeing EISI reporting and departmental compliance.
✔ Leading preventive maintenance and deep cleaning protocols.
✔ Controlling costs, boosting revenue, and driving upselling strategies.
✔ Updating menus, wine lists, and promotional materials.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Education: Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
✔ Experience: 1+ years in a similar role.
✔ Languages: Advanced English (Spanish a plus).
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, POS/REVO knowledge, and Office Suite proficiency.
✔ Qualities: Team player, innovative, customer-focused.
