Vinci Hiring QPE & Works Manager for Lyon Tramway Project (Competitive Pay)

Lyon, France – Vinci is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality, Prevention, and Environment (QPE) & Works Management Engineer (M/F) to join their team for the T9 tramway construction project in the Lyon region. This exciting hybrid role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project.

About the Role:

This dual-focused position combines crucial QPE responsibilities with hands-on works management. Reporting to both the Regional Director and Regional QPE Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the QPE Manager and Agency Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• QPE: Conduct audits, analyze non-conformities, implement corrective actions, train employees on best practices, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• works Management: Plan, organize, and oversee work execution, ensuring adherence to cost, deadline, and quality targets. Coordinate with stakeholders, supervise teams, ensure site safety, participate in meetings, and identify/mitigate technical risks.

Qualifications:

• A Bac +5 degree in engineering (construction or civil engineering specialization).
• Proven experience in construction management, with a strong focus on prevention and safety.
• A passion for fieldwork and comfort in construction site environments.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a network and motivate teams.
