Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification with a higher postgraduate qualification, such as Ph.D in Basic Sciences or FCPS, MRCP, FRCS, or American Board in Clinical Sciences recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
- Proven experience as a Professor in a Medical Institute.
- Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Public Health, Health Services Administration, or Medical Sciences preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in hospital administration and management, preferably as head of a Medical Institution.
- Minimum 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals, with at least 3 in international journals.
Tenure and Terms:
- The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for a three-year tenure, extendable for further periods not exceeding three years at a time.
- The tenure will end upon reaching the age of superannuation (60 years).
- The terms and conditions of the appointment will be determined by the Federal Government.
