Senior Product Manager – B2B SaaS & Product-Led Growth

Toggl is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the direction, prioritization, and outcomes of one of its Product Tribes. This role will work hands-on with design, engineering, and revenue teams while helping shape Toggl Focus, a consolidated product combining planning, time tracking, capacity management, reporting, and time intelligence.

The position is fully remote and available globally, provided your primary location falls between UTC-4 and UTC+4.

Job Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area from end to end. You will identify the most valuable opportunities, make prioritization decisions, shape solutions with design and engineering, define measurable outcomes, and stay closely involved through execution and post-launch learning.

This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on judgment, clarity, product quality, and business impact rather than process administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set clear direction for your Product Tribe and translate company priorities into focused product goals.
  • Identify the highest-value opportunities and the most important risks within your product area.
  • Make prioritization decisions about what the team should pursue, defer, or decline.
  • Develop a strong understanding of users, the market, and business needs to guide product tradeoffs.
  • Build insight into customer problems through customer conversations, user research, support and sales feedback, and product data.
  • Shape solutions collaboratively with design and engineering teams.
  • Frame product problems, evaluate potential approaches, and connect solutions to measurable user and business value.
  • Lead designers within the Tribe as embedded product partners throughout prototyping, user testing, and UX development.
  • Stay close to execution by reviewing product flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped work.
  • Help the team resolve ambiguity and make decisions quickly.
  • Coach team members on problem framing, prioritization, decision quality, and execution.
  • Define OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria before major initiatives begin.
  • Measure impact after launch and decide whether initiatives should be improved, expanded, or rolled back.
  • Participate in roadmap reviews and communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and risks to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Use AI extensively for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping.
  • Encourage effective AI usage throughout the Product Tribe.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, or comparable experience owning and shipping products end to end.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to make clear tradeoffs and prioritization decisions.
  • Ability to start with user and business problems rather than predefined features or solutions.
  • Experience defining and owning measurable product outcomes using KPIs, experiments, and data.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make decisions without waiting for complete information.
  • Ability to learn new product domains and user segments quickly.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles.
  • Ability to balance self-service product adoption with sales-assisted approaches for larger customers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping.
  • Ability to work independently and set direction without requiring close management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain product decisions, tradeoffs, and customer value clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading designers as embedded product partners.
  • Experience guiding user research, prototyping, and usability testing as part of an integrated product discovery process.

Core Areas of Focus

  • Product strategy and prioritization.
  • B2B SaaS product management.
  • Product-led growth.
  • Product discovery.
  • User research.
  • Product experimentation.
  • OKRs and KPIs.
  • UX and design leadership.
  • Cross-functional product development.
  • AI-assisted product management.

Compensation

  • Company-funded in-person team meetups.
  • Four to six weeks of paid sabbatical depending on tenure.
  • Laptop budget of up to €2,500, renewed every three years.
  • €2,000 home office setup budget.
  • Additional €300 annual home office budget after three years of tenure.
  • Up to €3,000 per year for co-working membership and/or home internet service.
  • €4,000 per year for training, workshops, and conferences.
  • €2,400 per year for equipment or services supporting physical and mental health.
  • Support for purchasing tools needed to perform your work effectively.
