Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze new strategic account opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate new business proposals and ensure contractual compliance.
- Meet with stakeholders to ensure account success.
- Communicate strategic alignment across the sales organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams for company-level engagement.
- Track progress toward business development milestones.
- Promote strategic capabilities and drive contract uptake.
- Develop and deliver strategic presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial metrics.
- Maintain data accuracy in SalesForce CRM.
- Complete monthly reporting and forecasting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in business development and strategic relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
