Sanofi is advancing a major digital transformation within its Manufacturing & Supply division. The MES Deployment & Integration Expert will play a key role in shaping this change by ensuring efficient rollout and integration of Sanofi’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple global sites. This position supports the MARS (MES Accelerated Roadmap @ Sanofi) program, which focuses on modernizing plant operations through automation, compliance improvements, and digital efficiency.

Key Impact
- Manage end-to-end MES deployment, configuration, and maintenance for industrial sites.
- Provide expert-level support, coordination, and communication throughout MES project lifecycles.
- Drive system improvements using AI, cloud services, and DevOps tools to enhance agility and performance.
- Automate MES monitoring and reporting processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration with connected systems such as ERP, SCADA, LIMS, and WMS.
- Contribute to the global evolution of MES by developing standardized frameworks and best practices.
- Conduct installations and updates occasionally during weekends based on plant schedules.
- Mentor teams and foster a strong digital culture within Sanofi’s MES community.

Experience and Skills
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years in Digital Manufacturing, including:
- 5+ years in MES deployment within the pharmaceutical sector, or
- 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps environments focusing on automation and scalability.
Technical Proficiency:
- Deep knowledge of MES systems, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices.
- Strong command of infrastructure management, databases, and containerization tools (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with GxP regulations and pharmaceutical production processes.
Soft Skills:
- Independent problem solver with strong ownership and delivery focus.
- Collaborative mindset suited for multicultural, matrix-based teams.
- An advocate for agile methodologies with effective communication and mentoring skills.
Education and Language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English, but additional languages are an advantage.
