About the Team

The selected intern will join a global communications team that supports executive leaders in SAP’s Customer Services & Delivery Board area. Despite being spread across regions, the team shares a strong culture of collaboration and mutual support. Members handle internal and external communications for senior leaders—including employee meetings, keynote presentations, and executive messaging—while actively sharing expertise to strengthen overall impact.

Role Overview

Position Title: SAP Communications iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Executive & Integrated Communications

The intern will contribute to executive and integrated communications by creating compelling content, supporting events, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. This role provides hands-on experience in high-impact executive engagements and strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support executive communications leads in daily tasks for CS&D L1 leaders.
  • Develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Assist in creating on-stage materials, including graphics, animations, videos, and demos.
  • Manage end-to-end communications projects and event deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timelines.
  • Research, write, and prepare speeches, keynotes, and other executive communications.
  • Contribute to additional communications activities, such as blog posts, social media, briefing books, and video scripts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a current student at a university or university of applied sciences with a strong interest in communications and IT.

Requirements:

  • Background in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in storytelling, content creation, and presentation development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in global, hybrid teams.
  • Active student status throughout the internship.
