Senior Recruiter – AEC & Life Sciences Talent Acquisition
CRB is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to help attract and hire exceptional talent across its Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) organization. This full-time opportunity offers remote work flexibility for employees while supporting hiring initiatives across multidisciplinary teams that serve the life sciences and food & beverage industries.
The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build diverse, high-performing teams that contribute to projects focused on healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and food production.
Job Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through offer support while partnering with hiring managers to identify technical and cultural fit. You will coordinate interviews, manage recruiting pipelines, maintain applicant tracking data, and support hiring decisions across multiple concurrent openings.
This role requires excellent organization, relationship-building skills, recruiting expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting specialized technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Screen, evaluate, and interview qualified candidates.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Create a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer stage.
- Conduct hiring intake meetings with business leaders.
- Assist hiring teams in evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Track candidate pipelines and open requisitions using recruiting systems.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Ensure recruiting activities align with established hiring goals and KPIs.
- Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working with interview scheduling tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional hiring teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC).
- Recruiting experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical organizations.

Compensation
Annual Salary: USD $85,000 – $105,000
