Senior Account Executive II – Enterprise (Majors)
Collibra is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive II to drive enterprise customer acquisition and expansion across a designated U.S. Majors territory. This role focuses on helping large organizations understand the business value of Data Intelligence solutions while building long-term executive relationships that support sustainable growth.
You will manage strategic enterprise opportunities from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and expansion while partnering with customers to identify measurable business outcomes and maximize the value of Collibra’s platform.
Job Overview
As a Senior Account Executive within the Enterprise Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing enterprise accounts, and managing complex consultative sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
The position requires strong Enterprise SaaS sales experience, knowledge of the Data Management industry, and the ability to communicate business value to executive decision-makers while maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within an assigned U.S. enterprise territory.
- Identify and pursue greenfield enterprise accounts.
- Expand relationships and revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that supports quota attainment.
- Manage enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
- Coordinate complex sales engagements involving technical and business stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business value and return on investment.
- Present Collibra’s Data Intelligence solutions to executive decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and Salesforce opportunity management.
- Support customer adoption and long-term account expansion.
- Represent the Collibra brand throughout the customer journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 84 months of experience selling SaaS solutions within the data technology industry.
- Experience working in the Data Management domain.
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding SaaS sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience selling to large enterprise organizations across the United States.
- Experience developing both new customer relationships and expansion opportunities.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Experience leading value-based, consultative sales engagements.
- Strong Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000.
This position is eligible for commission-based earnings. Eligible employees may also receive equity awards along with additional total rewards offerings.
