ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and internal teams. Your work will focus on onboarding users, supporting customer needs, improving workflows, coordinating projects, and helping clients achieve stronger outcomes using the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS

• 1+ year of customer service or customer success experience

• Experience in startups, SaaS, or technology environments preferred

• Familiarity with CRM and support software tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Fluent English communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technology systems
