About the Role
As the Sales & Customer Growth Lead, you will manage inbound and outbound sales activities while helping organizations successfully adopt the Jersey Watch platform. You’ll work closely with customers throughout the sales funnel and collaborate with support teams to improve onboarding and long-term retention.
This role combines SaaS sales, customer success, and product-led growth strategy in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries, demos, and trial accounts
- Conduct discovery calls and product walkthroughs
- Develop relationships with youth sports organizations across the US and Canada
- Support outbound sales and lead generation initiatives
- Help trial users successfully configure and launch the platform
- Collaborate with customer care teams on onboarding and support
- Identify customer pain points and communicate feedback internally
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline activity
- Contribute to improving sales scripts, processes, and onboarding workflows
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Experience using CRM and sales communication tools
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations effectively
- Must be based in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product-led growth or self-serve SaaS platforms
- Background in youth sports as a coach, player, parent, or volunteer
- Experience in customer success, SDR, BDR, or hospitality roles
