About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage relationships with mid-market clients, helping them successfully onboard, adopt, and expand their use of the CodeSignal platform. You will act as a strategic advisor while coordinating implementations, delivering training, and supporting long-term customer success initiatives.
This role combines customer relationship management, SaaS consulting, and account growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Coordinate training sessions, rollout planning, and customer enablement
- Build long-term relationships with mid-market client accounts
- Lead renewals and identify account expansion opportunities
- Conduct business reviews and customer success meetings
- Support adoption strategies and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve customer challenges
- Represent customer feedback internally to improve products and services
Requirements / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS
- Experience managing implementations and onboarding workflows
- Proven success with customer retention and account growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-first mindset with consultative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical hiring or developer-focused platforms
- Familiarity with talent acquisition or HR technology tools
