SKF’s Condition Monitoring services help heavy industries (mining, steel, paper) reduce downtime and improve efficiency by detecting machine faults early. As the Group Leader, you’ll:
✅ Lead a team of Reliability Engineers in vibration analysis and predictive maintenance.
✅ Ensure high-quality service delivery under SKF’s maintenance agreements.
✅ Work closely with sales teams to drive business growth in Sweden and the Nordics.
✅ Develop strategies to enhance machine reliability for major industrial clients.
What SKF is Looking For
✔ University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in heavy industries (mining, steel, paper).
✔ Strong technical knowledge in predictive maintenance & condition monitoring.
✔ Fluent in Swedish & English (written and spoken).
✔ Valid B driver’s license.
