Position Summary
The Campus Talent Attraction Partner plays a strategic and operational role in shaping early career talent pools. By working closely with managers and HR business partners, the role ensures a continuous flow of skilled candidates from campus programs to long-term employment opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Attraction and Recruitment
The role involves understanding business strategies and identifying critical skills required for the future. The partner builds and nurtures talent pools through apprenticeship, internship, and VIE programs. Regular follow-ups with managers and HR business partners ensure alignment and progress.
In addition, the role leads recruitment efforts to convert campus talents into permanent roles. A strong focus is placed on delivering a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate, reliable data in HR systems.
Campus and Employer Engagement
Collaboration with the Employer Branding Manager is essential to strengthen the company’s presence across academic institutions. The role actively uses school pipelines and CRM tools to source candidates while serving as a trusted and engaging ambassador for the organization to students and graduates.
Ideal Candidate Background
Education Background
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent Bac+5 qualification.
Professional Experience
Previous experience in recruiting interns or apprentices within high-volume environments is required. Hands-on exposure to sourcing strategies and campus hiring cycles is highly valued.
Required Competencies
The role demands proficiency in sourcing tools, structured interview techniques, and professional social networks. The candidate demonstrates strong collaboration skills and thrives in network-based environments.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and relationship management skills are essential. Clear and confident communication is expected, with fluency in both English and French.
