The Opportunity

The GTL and Project Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Group Transport Logistics (GTL) process within the Production and Logistics department. This role is vital in maintaining supplier coordination, optimizing cargo flow, and ensuring compliance with GTL principles. It also contributes to process efficiency and supports client-driven projects that extend beyond the GTL scope.

Day-to-Day Impact

The specialist ensures the smooth execution of GTL operations by preparing and supporting all related areas, monitoring supplier performance, and managing exceptions in cargo handling. They analyze daily operations to identify deviations, issue debit notes, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Beyond logistics, they collaborate on various client projects, contribute to process improvements, and deliver reports that guide management decisions. Their work directly impacts operational efficiency and supply chain reliability within the organization.

Academic & Professional Background
