About the Role:

As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the face of Woolworths, providing exceptional service to customers at the checkout, customer service desk, and throughout the store. Responsibilities include serving customers, handling inquiries, scanning groceries, and collecting trolleys from the store, car park, and surrounding areas. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you may be rotated across different areas of the store.

Seasonal Opportunity:

This is a seasonal casual position designed to support the store during the busy period, typically from October to February. While work will be offered as needed during this time, it is not expected that shifts will continue after February.
