ADNOC Drilling is hiring a Specialist in Coiled Tubing operations to join its team in the United Arab Emirates.
This role requires providing technical leadership and hands-on supervision during coiled tubing interventions, ensuring safe and efficient operations that align with ADNOC standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support coiled tubing crews throughout the planning, preparation, and execution stages of the project.
- Develop optimized job plans in collaboration with engineering, planning, and logistics teams.
- Monitor job performance, equipment reliability, and operational parameters to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee equipment readiness.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain compliance.
- Ensure full adherence to ADNOC Drilling, UAE, and client integrity codes of practice.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in coiled tubing operations, with field and leadership exposure.
- Deep technical knowledge of coiled tubing tools, processes, and best practices.
- Strong grasp of well conditions, formation types, and completion design.
- Effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industry software and technical reporting tools.
