Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support coiled tubing crews throughout the planning, preparation, and execution stages of the project.
  • Develop optimized job plans in collaboration with engineering, planning, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor job performance, equipment reliability, and operational parameters to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee equipment readiness.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain compliance.
  • Ensure full adherence to ADNOC Drilling, UAE, and client integrity codes of practice.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in coiled tubing operations, with field and leadership exposure.
  • Deep technical knowledge of coiled tubing tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of well conditions, formation types, and completion design.
  • Effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in industry software and technical reporting tools.
