About the Role
As a Footwear Developer at Adidas, you’ll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge footwear from concept to production. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure every shoe meets Adidas’ high standards for performance, quality, and style.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end development for low-complexity footwear projects.
✔ Support medium-complexity product development.
✔ Work with suppliers to innovate on materials, construction, and cost efficiency.
✔ Ensure products meet quality, sustainability, and profitability targets.
✔ Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or Modo (a plus).
Who Should Apply?
✅ Degree in engineering, biomechanics, manufacturing, or related fields.
✅ 2+ years in footwear development (or relevant internships).
✅ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Fluent in English/German (written & spoken).
✅ Willingness to travel internationally.
