Remote Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Sales
HubSpot is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage complex sales opportunities with large organizations across the United States. This full-time remote position is suited to high-performing sales professionals with strong SaaS experience, a proven record of closing enterprise deals, and the ability to guide buyers through long and consultative sales cycles.
You will introduce HubSpot’s customer platform to organizations with approximately 500 to 5,000 employees, identify their business priorities, and determine how the company’s sales, marketing, and service solutions can support sustainable growth.
Job Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the complete sales process from initial prospecting through contract close. You will build your own pipeline, qualify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, and develop relationships with decision-makers across large organizations.
This role requires a consultative approach, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to communicate business value clearly. You will also collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and other internal teams as HubSpot expands its platform and introduces new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell HubSpot’s software platform to enterprise organizations with approximately 500 to 5,000 employees.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of self-generated enterprise sales opportunities.
- Identify customer goals, operational challenges, and potential growth opportunities.
- Guide prospects through the buying process using a consultative and educational approach.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholders and business needs.
- Develop relationships with executives, department leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Close new and expansion business while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to support sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, and sales activity within the CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 months of experience managing complete sales cycles from prospecting through close.
- At least 36 months of SaaS sales experience.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling software or technology solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity management skills.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations to varied audiences.
- Knowledge of value-based or consultative selling methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong accountability, resilience, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling CRM, marketing, sales, or customer service software.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sale or another structured enterprise sales methodology.
- Experience working with organizations between 500 and 5,000 employees.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, revenue operations, and business growth strategies.
Work Arrangement

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual cash compensation of $264,000 USD, including applicable base salary, on-target commission, and eligible bonus components.
