About the Role
Innovapptive is looking for a Lead Solution Consulting Manager to guide solution strategy for enterprise customers adopting digital transformation technologies across asset-intensive industries. This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for experienced consulting leaders who combine technical expertise with strong business consulting and customer engagement skills.
In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales teams, product managers, and engineering teams to develop value-driven solution strategies that improve operational performance, maintenance processes, and asset reliability. You’ll lead a team of Solution Consultants while helping customers design practical digital transformation roadmaps that align with their business objectives.
The position requires frequent customer interaction, strategic consulting, and collaboration across multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Solution Consulting team while supporting business growth initiatives.
- Develop solution strategies that align with customer operational and business goals.
- Conduct customer workshops, process assessments, and solution discovery sessions.
- Design current-state and future-state business process workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales engagements and customer presentations.
- Translate operational challenges into value-driven solution recommendations.
- Guide customers on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) best practices.
- Support solution architecture and system integration planning involving SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, and related platforms.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to prioritize customer requirements.
- Establish consulting standards, performance metrics, and quality assurance processes.
- Review change requests, project timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Travel to customer locations to conduct workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 60+ months of leadership experience in Solution Consulting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience leading enterprise SaaS or industrial software consulting engagements.
- Hands-on knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.
- Experience with SAP EAM and/or IBM Maximo.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring consulting teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing process maps, solution designs, and executive presentations.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, Chemicals, or Energy industries.
- Background in digital transformation, reliability engineering, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) platforms.
- Knowledge of ROI-driven solution consulting methodologies.
