About the Role

JLL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial real estate design and construction projects within its Project and Development Services team. This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with project administration or project coordination experience who enjoy organizing complex workflows, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting successful project delivery.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage financial documentation, monitor compliance, and help keep projects on schedule. You’ll also contribute to process improvements while supporting the adoption of digital tools that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and process project budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and vendor documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial and project records across multiple systems.
  • Monitor project compliance and support adherence to established project management processes.
  • Participate in project meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned deliverables.
  • Identify workflow improvements and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support project managers by tracking schedules, risks, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of project management technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 24+ months of experience in project coordination, project administration, project accounting, or a related support role.
  • Strong experience managing project documentation and financial records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, and financial reconciliations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technology issues related to remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting commercial real estate, construction, or design projects.
  • Familiarity with project management workflows and financial reporting systems.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $55,000–$64,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
